this is applicable on a personal, communal, and global level
history doesn't repeat itself
we repeat ourselves throughout history
trauma and dysfunction are passed along generational lines
we learn what we observe
therefore we have to find examples of what we want to be, which is often not what we come from
if we find ourselves exercising the unfavorable behaviors that we grew up watching and hating,
then we have to put ourselves in the position to be reconditioned, following a new model
lesson: start a new trend.
